A nice audiobook for morning meditation

At first I wasn't sure if this would be helpful or not but I must say guided meditations turned out to be helpful, Guided meditation is one of the easiest way of letting go off stress, it is nice that I got this audio book, this audio book is focused mainly on anxiety and author Kristin Plain tries to help people understand that they are good enough while using guided meditations, the book has various chapters which makes it easy to listen to a specific part again. Mostly this book can be helpful to listen in the morning, I would say it is a nice audiobook for morning meditation.

Awesome self esteem affirmations

the exercises told by the narrator in the chapter number 5 seems easy to do because the narrator speaks slowly while teaching the exercises, the narrator does not rushes fast which makes the exercises easy to follow. The book has some self esteem affirmations as well, a nice audio book to listen before starting a day as this book has some awesome self esteem affirmations as well.

Not a simple guided meditations book

This is not just another or a simple guided meditations audio book, this audiobook gives a nice scientific information on affects of stress on humans, the author tells history of meditation, this is not a book that is just filled with a background song, this audiobook has some good information on various topics like benefits of meditations and a lot more. And when it comes to guided meditation chapter, the narrator speaks slowly and soothingly. So, in simple words this audiobook has some nice chapters of guided meditations and it is informative as well.

Solid strategy that can be followed easily

Nice book that explains a solid strategy that can be followed easily, author provides a detailed step by step approach for guided meditations. This audio book has given a much better understanding of the guided meditations, enjoyed the straightforward approach. Nice information that is easy to put into use, the format of the chapters, the explanations and examples made the audio book helpful.

Soothing

Soothing, calming, elevating, aligning, did I mention calming?, the audio book is really calming. I’m fairly new at meditation and I love this book! It takes you step by step through different ways to ease into the life altering progress of learning how to meditate. This is a life changing book for everyone who wants to know who they really are and like to awaken to the true self. Already bought the book for my friends as well.

absolutely love this book

I absolutely love this book. The first night I listened to it I fell fast asleep. The narrator's voice is amazingly calming. I got some very relaxing sleep with this audiobook. I didn't think it would work for me because I've tried others like it and they were not able to get me to sleep. However, something about the narration by Dona Jackson did it for me this time.

Wonderful way to get to sleep

It's been a wonderful way to get to sleep without much hassle. I am surprised by the effectiveness of this audio book, it proved to be really effective for getting to sleep at night getting a good eight hours sleep is possible with this audiobook. Guided meditations is always a good way to get to sleep The narration is well done, the length of the audio book is nice and appropriate as well.

Guided meditations

We all need to relax sometimes, due to the virus situation around the world it is easy to get stressed out and get anxious, what could be a better way to get rid of that stress and anxiety then a proper guided meditations, guided meditations has been proven effective again and again to let go for stress, the author Kristin Plain is knows how to write a guided meditations book and the narrator Dona Jackson knows how to narrate one.

An easy to understand audio book

An easy to understand audio book that is well written and narrated, the language used by narrator is simple to understand follow, the narration is done nicely by Kristin Plain, the voice do not jar or jolt and enable you to take shorter breaks to focus for guided meditations during the day.

A nice audio book

This was a nice audio book, liked how the book was organized, the tips were also easy to follow, Kristin Plain explains what anxiety is in a simple way, and then give tips to deal with anxiety, this is fairly a long book, so it covers many topics, a fair book on guided meditations for managing anxiety.

Delivers some nice value to listeners

This book really helps
