I like this book

I like this book because it is short and to the point. It complements the other more detailed books on setting goals etc. In the sense that it is almost a pep talk to say get on with it. I have enjoyed highlighting the main points that I will regularly go over to remind me how to cultivate will power.

Wonderful book

Self discipline is the key for archiving everything you want and need in life. So when I decided that I wanted more than my regular life I realized that I lacked self discipline. Here this book has helped me a lot because it led me towards creating healthy habits and routines in my life.
