Very clearly and is right on!

Discipline is not easy and this book doesn't suggest that. You have apply the techniques and become internally motivated in order to make exercising something you look forward to and not dred. Of course results are one of the best motivators.

I am retired and certainly do not plan to start a business but I could use some self-discipline with getting things done around the house. Sometimes I feel overwhelmed with what I should be doing. This book was exactly what I needed to inspire me to work on my self-discipline.

I've picked up some good tips from this book, especially the tips on habit forming. Left out one star because some of the ideas are common sense, lol.
