Very concise book, I love that. It's just what I needed. It teaches you several strategies and talks about many potential pitfalls but focuses on the most effective way to be successful—to develop your self-discipline.

Good listen.

Thr author reiterates several points that makes the reader realize taking action is the only way forward. Each chapter ends with a summary which is useful. Yhr narrators voice took some timr getting used to, but is much better than other voices i've listened to. This book is a good starter for those who just are lost and dont know which step to take next.

Short but effective

This book was short but touched on some great tips, what I took from it was that I must not get too embroiled with "instant self gratification". Start out small when trying to achieve your goals and don't be too hard on yourself. Some self help books are normally lengthy and boring and I often get bored and give up but I stuck it out with this one.

Do not self sabotage.

I really enjoyed reading Self Discipline. It was an I opener and I was able to identify that I have been self sabotaging myself. I am excited about the revelation revealed through this book and my future.

Full of information

This audible is full of information and brief exercises that made me think. The balance between self-acceptance and change makes it more like a comfortable companion.

A very useful guide.

A very useful guide to self-discipline, giving lots of advice on how to beat procrastination and become more productive in your everyday life. I really liked that the author not only presented theory but also important steps to achieving self-discipline. It definitely is a key component of success.

Brilliant audio book.

One audio book containing all you need! Anyone wanting to improve their self-confidence and discipline could benefit from this audio book. If I could only suggest one book, this would definitely be the one!

Interesting.

Love this manual

This book not only explained this phenomenon but gave some simple yet powerful insight into how change is possible. As elusive as self-discipline can be, I felt for the first time it’s doable. It’s a quick listen and I’m so thankful that I found this book. It’s a definite keeper!
