This mindfulness audiobook is easy to listen to, instructive, soothing, and understandable. This book breaks down the practice of mindfulness into small and palatable bites. It feels like a doable practice and this book will serve as a good reference.

If you're curious about what the heck people do when they're "meditating," what's all this about "mindfulness," or if you've been practicing mindfulness meditation for years this is an excellent, clearly written,introduction/reminder.

I would say the author is the most important character as without her, this audiobook would not be possible.

Love!

She is practical, easy to understand, and reachable for everyone. For people who don't really "get" mindfulness and for old pros- highly recommended.
