This was a great introduction for me and a book I will read several times over and then I will complement it with others! She did a great job of introducing the chakras yoga crystals and everything else. Thank you!

Very informative, just what I was looking for

I have read and listened to many books on chakras but I was never satisfied with the information they provided. This has a lot of information that I was looking for. like Chakra history and energy flow that I have been trying to gain a better understanding of. I wish I had found this book sooner.
