I am moving into a new house in several weeks and with a blank slate, I would like to create the most positive atmosphere that I can, which is why I purchased this audiobook. The narrator did a great job sharing the author's message on how to do exactly that. I don't have buy-in for everything the author spoke of, however, that didn't detract from my experience with this book and my recommendation. I'm looking forward to raising the vibrations of my new home with the help of this audiobook!

This audiobook is good for getting rid of the negative energy in you and your home.

So Simple!

Easy to use everyday items to help cleanse your soul and your immediate environment of negative energy. The information was presented in an easy-to-understand and implement with methods using everyday available items. It was so simple to understand. I have only used a few of these methods so far, but I feel like I am getting immediate results. I had studied cleansing my own spiritual energy before, but I had not considered several of the methods described in this book for also cleansing my environment. The DIY spray recipe and its uses were worth the cost of this book alone! Five Stars! Definitely a go-to for me!

Such a great read

I am always looking for ways to get rid of negative energy. I suffer from depression so this book really helped as it gives a step by step guide to cleanse and get in the right mindset. I would highly recommend!!

Amazing book! As you listen, the knowledge and wisdom that is passed down is incredible. I am familiar with some of the methods discussed in the book, but the author did a great job of providing easy guidelines for meditation, releasing trauma, and cleansing the home. This has quickly become my go-to bible for removing and protecting myself from bad energy.
