It left me confused.

I listened, but... what? I am a little uncertain about a lot of it... but being that I was interested in another one of his books, & given that this was in his own voice, I wanted to try it. I tried it, wasn't delighted, but I will still get more from this author.

Truly inspirational

Simple and clearly stated. Never believe the contents of your head. Replace the negative talk with loving nurturing and healing thoughts. I found I needed help to sustain this new way of thinking and acting on life.
