Helpful
Genuine information if you are stuck or dealing with grief. Although I have probably read (listened to) same information in other books, both books came across to me in a more personal way. I think good narration is always a plus when getting the words of the author through to the reader. I will purchase more books by this author. Thank you to Richard Banks.

Less anxious
Had this book a month, back now to leave a review to say I have 100% seen an improvement in my anxiety. I always had panic attacks but these are greatly reduced.

I wish I could say my anxiety was gone forever but that would be a lie. What I CAN say is that my anxiety is much reduced and that is something I am very very grateful for.
