How well do you really know your Facebook friends?

My husband loves me. I love him. But a secret is eating us alive.

It's not the one I keep from him. It's not the one he couldn't keep from me.

No review here

I tried 3 times to start this book and could not get farther then 15 minutes. The narrator was just terrible. Don't waste your time or money.

Sorry just not worth the reviews

This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?

I wouldn't recommend for purchase its to airy fairy

What was the most interesting aspect of this story? The least interesting?

concept interesting, but self blame not positive

How could the performance have been better?

narrator dreadful

What character would you cut from See Me Not?

school board

Any additional comments?

it was so trite dealing with a serious issue this book was not particularly good, but what was worse was the snobby narration - just really inappropriate why get a good english narrator to pretend to be irish! it was really hard to listen to the in between stuff which made the book real. will not load down any other books with this narrator unless written by enid blyton or Julian Fellowes!!

I should have listened to the reviews!

What disappointed you about See Me Not?

It was just a stupid story - the "big reveal" was spelled out over and over in from of the main character's face so many times I was rolling my eyes. No one is that dense or stupid.

What could Janelle Harris have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

She did fine with the material she was given. I did enjoy the Irish accents.

Any additional comments?

Not a very good story. The whole twist is pretty much revealed several times before the "actual" reveal. So this confused me. Just overall stupid. I didn't even finish it.

The accent

Being Irish myself I could only listen to the first two chapters of the book before I deleted it as I just couldn't stomach the woeful accent!! It really really annoyed me as was looking forward to the book. I'll read it now instead

I can’t get past the narrator

The voice of the narrator is really screechy it may be a good book or not but I could only listen for half. I waited to c if it was going to get better but I just couldn’t hack the slow posh way the narrator pronounced every word.

Meh

Narrator is dreadful!!! I simply could not stand the female narrator of this book. She was not appropriate for the character as I imagined her and had a grating cadence to her voice. I found it really hard to complete listening to the book because of her. The story itself was simply okay. I didn’t like the constant negative self talk about what was ultimately revealed as “what she did “. The author is capable of better and readers may prefer her other book “Under Lying”.
