LOVE Brynne Weaver

Love the books, can't get enough of these characters. The narrators are just awful. I didn't like them from Leather and Lark either and hoped there would be new narrators for Rose and Fionn. I'm not even a third of the way through it and it's just awful. Rose's east coast accent catches on all the words and is too fake. Fionn is better but there are so many over-dubs or obvious stopping and restarting points that are jarring. Audiobooks are not my jam because I'm very picky but I couldn't wait for S&S. I'll probably avoid this female narrators again if possible.

Fionn is my favorite Kane brother. 10/10

Superb way to wrap up the trilogy. The ONLY negative is I have no idea what to do with my time now. My FAVORITE series.
Rose is a badass. Fionn is everything. Ugh.

Banter, Pining and Shenanigans.

I was so excited for this story! I loved Rose and her sassy, quick wit. Fionn was not what I expected but I don’t hate it! I love this trilogy and I think that it ended on a great note. The narrators are amazing and really brought the characters to life.

I’m so sad to have finished these stories! What a ride!! Samantha and Eric’s performances were so exceptional and I am so glad I listened to this story as opposed to site reading. (Definitely my preference for the whole series!) The audio version really elevated the story to another level and I highly recommended this experience. Kudos to the narrators for such great storytelling.

I have thoroughly enjoyed S&S and am not surprised to see how much I fell for our good Dr Kane. What a beautiful and slightly troubled sweetheart! Rose is equally precious and hilarious, almost innocent in her darkness. They had both convinced themselves that their lack of companionship and friendships was the safer way to live out their lives. Enter mayhem, which turns it all upside down.

I loved the overlap in the timelines of this book with B&B and L&L. It was so fun to see the other sides of the story! Truly enjoyable even though this is considered a dark romance. Totally my jam! Plenty of “ew gross!” moments but lots of love, tenderness and laughter, too.

I wish I could go back and listen to them all again for the first time!!

Absolutely loved it but not as much as the others

I’m not really sure why I feel like this, I think it might just have been because I was so used to the other ones and read them all back to back so coming back to this series after a break was a weird jump back in but over all, a great great read and definitely have the same vibes as the others I also really loved being able to see a situation that happened in past books but from a different point of view so it all really went full circle! I really want the series to continue even if it is just seeing their married lives or have another issue come up where they have to save one of them but who knows, this is the only series that I have read in my adult age that I actually really fell in love with!

Brynne never disappoints

I can’t even put into words how much I love this series. The audiobooks are a whole different experience. I hope to see more of these characters in the future, but if not this was a beautiful way to end it.

I love the ties to the other stories, I love how everything kinda just fell into place with everything else. Other POVs from the other brothers and SILs. It’s just beautiful! Yes, a story about serial killers is beautiful. Brynne, if you keep making these, I am gonna have to find you and marry you.
