Filling in the Gaps

Although I am a big fan of Star Wars, I have not read all the books, comics etc. So there is alot of back story to discover. Boba Fett is one of the best characters. Even delivering a serious appearence in the Legacy of the Force series (which I highly recommend), The Bounty Hunter series is a fantastic addition to my library. Most of the story spread across the New Hope and Return of the Jedi timeline.

The character development, and narration of the book is fantastic.

Good book

the only issue I had with the audible version of this book is that, at times, the background sound effects were so loud that you couldn't hear the narrator.

Abridged audiobooks are the terrible

The story was ok. I guess. It’s hard to tell since it’s abridged. I really don’t like Anthony’s “range” of voices.

Headphone users beware

Music is incredibly loud and some sound effects will blast and destroy your ears. Headphone users beware.

Loved it!!

Boba Fett is one of the most renowned SW characters, despite his lack of presence on the big screen. this look into events that occurred after, despite being Legends at this point, still offered a solid adventure of one of the galaxy's most dangerous beings.

Ok for hardcore SW fans

The story is hard to follow and jump around since its so abridged. Read the book if you have time. I'd skip it till you listen to everything else in the SW universe otherwise. I am going to skip the next 2 audio format and I normally listen to every SW book.

Nothing happened...

The entire book was talking about how cool boba fett was, while boba fett did literally nothing of note, in fact the only thing that happened was a guy found boba fett at the start. Then the rest was different people talking about how cool he was. If he's so cool make him do something

Disapointing

What would have made Star Wars: The Bounty Hunter, Book 1: The Mandalorian Armor better?

The book needed to be longer than 2hrs.
Although the voice variation was appreciated, it became a little bit annoying.

What will your next listen be?

Darth Bane - Destiny of Evil

How did the narrator detract from the book?

His voice animation was really annoying and sometimes difficult to understand.

You didn’t love this book--but did it have any redeeming qualities?

The storyline had much more potential but just didn't elaborate enough to make it a great listen..
