One of my favorite stories!

Vintage Modesitt, but this book and the first (Wellspring of Chaos) are two of my absolute favorites. I really appreciated the maturity of cooper Kharl. Great supporting cast, too.

another great entry to Recluse story

As always Mr Heyborne gives a fantastic performance to another great piece of the ongoing story of Recluce. I keep wondering when things will get repetative, but they dont! The story evolves, as do Modesitt Jr.'s characters. Thanks & keep up the good works!
