This book is an amazing audio resource. I find the pattern of Ataanas voice healing and hypnotic.
I would describe the contents in this book as Energy healing fundamentals. Tools to release, create space, and heal your-self. It is simple and effective.

Yes, this is the much needed tool that we have been waiting for.
