Great Story

I have listened to only a few of her stories. I loved this one. I laughed quite a bit. narration is good but I would put the speed at 1.25 or 1.30. The female character is funny. I did not read the 1st book of this series. This can be read as a standalone. Not disappointed and will definitely listen again. 😊

This book was perfect. It fulfills you completely. It is definitely worth every penny or credit.

story & female narrator are great...

Hayden Bishop does a great job inhabiting the character of an aristocratic Southern beauty queen on a journey of self-discovery. Tyler Donne has a great voice, but seems to be merely reading aloud, not narrating a story, very robotic delivery.

It can’t be over

I absolutely adore this book. I did not want it to be over the voices were great. I love the story I laughed. Oh, and I cried a little.
Thank you so much for writing it. Thank you for picking up the people that narrated it. I don’t think it would’ve been the same if you hadn’t heard that woman’s voice.

My Favorite of Tessa Bailey’s stories

I liked that it had me feeling so many emotions from laughter to tears.
I found myself having chuckles at the strangest times in the story. Beyond just a story, but had me likings the characters too. No matter who would be reading the parts. They did great portraying the characters that Tessa had created.

The readers voices are horrible!!

I really loved the story and the characters in this book. I am however finding it hard to actually get into the story, because the character voices are just so bad. Both of the readers have older voices that don’t fit with the characters. The female voice at times has this unnatural southern accent and the males voice is robotic. Both voices are so bad that they lack the natural flow and excitement a reader should have so they can engage the listener, because of this I just can’t get into the story and will be returning the audible version of this book.

Tessa never disappoints!

Loved this story and the characters! Excited to listen to the next book in this series!

Good story but…

Good story but female reader ruined it. Female reader started out good. Then she started to whisper. I had to speed up the setting. It didn’t improve so I skip her part and listen to male only. So sad, I would’ve loved the story.
