Clergy are trained to preach, teach, and lead a congregation in spiritual matters. However, there is very little training for clergy when it comes to the "business" matters of the church - finances, debt reduction, fundraising, and building maintenance. The worst - by the book do NOT bother to listen
I am not sure how or why Amazon paid the narrator. Very bad voice, diction, and reading. It is so bad I could NOT even finish listening to the introduction.
