Diane Paddison, Harvard MBA, twice held roles as the only female member of the executive team at a Fortune 500 company. She's also a wife and mother, and a devoted Christian. Paddison began working on the family farm, paid her way through college, served with IBM and earned a Harvard MBA. She rose to the executive committee and COO of Trammell Crow Company and global executive teams of CBRE and ProLogis (also COO).
