i definitely recommend listening to this book rather than reading it. hearing it directly from Mr. Hamish is something else.

As a new Principal of a Title I School, I came in with a vision to provide each student, teacher, staff and parent with a school where they feel welcome, safe and loved! Listening to Brewer reminded me of the importance of being RESILIENT and never giving up in the pursuit of building ONE School, ONE Team, ONE Goal, striving for “A”cademic Excellence with humility and LOVE.

Powerful story of leading with love and kindness

Hamish is inspiring. He loves kids and makes it known. I loved reading his book and love pulling strategies from it. I have told my students to not allow anyone steal their future from them. This is powerful and easy for students to understand. Too often students give up on themselves when they should fight harder and go one more round. I love Hamish's love for students and love that he is transforming how educators talk about love and relationships in education. Be relentless and go one more round for kids. They deserve it.
