Story
Since it is a disorder and NPD is not normal, you may wonder why it exists in the first place. There is no exact cause for NPD that has been determined yet. There are various factors that contribute to it and may lead to the development of this disorder in any individual. It can be genetic or develop due to various experiences the individual has gone through. Psychological factors contribute to it in a major way. The causes of NPD are a complex matter, just like the causes of any other mental health disorders.

All you feel is a pit in your stomach, a sense of fear and of always being on edge, but all you did was love, right? You did or are doing everything right, yet this “love” does not seem to be magical or does not seem to be healing you; rather, it appears to be destroying you by driving you crazy, and you notice that you have changed not for good.

Publisher's summary
One woman’s quest to change the world
What started out as a desperate search for healing from trauma, became Redefining Love, a courageous journey inward, followed by an infinite journey outward.
We live in a divisive time. Many of us move through our days with a sense of frustration, fatigue, and fear. That fear fuels anger that clouds our judgment and destroys our happiness.
Built on the foundation of the Three Pillars of Boundaries, Accountability, and Grace, Sara Beth Wald offers a new definition of love that honors the struggle of deep caring and empowers us to prioritize our mental health amid conflict.
We all want to see change, but we don’t know where to start. Redefining Love teaches us we are not helpless. In fact, we are infinitely powerful. Every interaction matters.
Every relationship matters—from our most intimate romances to our families to our communities and the world at large. Everything is connected.
Redefining Love offers a roadmap to help you heal from even your deepest hurts and disappointments and a pathway to grace within your most bitter disagreements. It doesn’t matter where you start; all that matters is that you begin.
If you are tired of feeling angry, resentful, hurt, and blown off course by what feels like uncontrollable circumstances, Redefining Love may be the answer.

Story
Although clinical research has been conducted on narcissism as a disorder, less is known about its effects on victims who are in toxic relationships with partners with Narcissistic Personality Disorder. Individuals with this disorder engage in chronic devaluation and manipulation of their partners, a psychological and emotional phenomenon known as "narcissistic abuse". Unfortunately, the full extent of what narcissistic abuse entails is not taught in any psychology class or diagnostic manual.

Stress levels are at an all-time high—so much so that a recently convened panel of medical experts in the US has recommended that all adults under the age of 65 be screened for anxiety. In How to Release Anxiety, Gabby Bernstein offers simple, actionable steps for feeling better, living with more ease, and showing up for those around us. Story
These days, no one in America feels immune to violence. But now, in this extraordinary, groundbreaking book, the nation's leading expert on predicting violent behavior unlocks the puzzle of human violence and shows that, like every creature on earth, we have within us the ability to predict the harm others might do us and get out of its way. Contrary to popular myth, human violence almost always has a discernible motive and is preceded by clear warning signs.

Models is the first book ever written on seduction as an emotional process rather than a logical one, a process of connecting with women rather than impressing them. It's the most mature and honest guide on how a man can attract women without faking behavior, without lying and without emulating others. A game-changer.

Profound!
This is single handedly the most profound work I've come across in my search for healing my own trauma. Sara Beth Wald is a brilliant narrator and in this book she so clearly and easily defines the first steps to take to handle conflict, heal trauma and love others despite hurts and differences. Everyone should read this book, together we can each change the way we love, change our lives and change the world!
