This book really takes a logical balanced approach to your separation & divorce. It will help you realize what led to your divorce without beating you up. It gives practical great advice hoe to look at the situation and gives HOPE for the future. It is a MUST READ for anyone going through the most painful and terrifying phase of the end of a love relationship.

I have spent the last 5 months reading this book and applying what I have learned. I FINALLY feel happy and healthy. It took work to get here. I would recommend this book to anyone going through a divorce/separation. It explained so many of the thoughts and feelings I was having through the entire process. What an incredible experience! having a tough time in the beginning of the divorce process I decided to reach out and look for this audiobook. I'm so glad I got through this book as well as signed up for the workshop. Seems as if they have very positive outcomes with their program. I would highly recommend this book to anyone in the divorce process.

Can’t recommend enough

Rebuilding has been the best book for dealing with my divorce. I have so much more of a idea of the path I should be on, it has given me much more direction in a time of loss.

Wish I had this book after my first divorce

Never knew there were 19 steps one goes through when going through a divorce.
Oh how I felt these in my second divorce.
This book helped my understand why I felt that way while going through the divorce.

I'm happy that there are validation questions at the end of each section/step so you know if you can proceed up the "mountain".

soothing and supportive

Chose this book as I am going through a divorce and found it supportive and soothing. It also gives advice on how to assist your children when going through/ after a separation. And there is a section for widowers too.
