I found this book very useful, I followed the guided mediation with ease and I found it to help calm my anxiety. I try to follow this every night to improve my confidence and so I can wake up feeling refreshed. This book has helped me and I recommend to all!

If you are looking to heal your childhood problems and want a book that gets you the right direction, this is the book. The meditations taught and practiced are essential for your health and wellbeing. I love to meditate and do it on a daily basis since I find it has tremendous effects on how my day goes and how I treat myself and others. Do the meditations in this audiobook!

Great for everyday use.

I love guided meditation. Every time I try it on my own, I get lost in my thoughts. This book was useful for me to listen to every day. I listen to this positive message every morning to start my day for about ten minutes. So far, I love the relaxing music and the narrator's smooth, relaxing voice. I feel very relaxed and ready to take on the challenges of a new day at the completion of my ten minutes. If you haven't tried meditation yet, I recommend this as an easy introduction to what it can do for your mind-body connection. Great book.

These meditations got into my core.

It made sense when I got into the meditation, especially for those parts that are damaged, wounded, and need healing.
Sums up the issues caused by growing up in a dysfunctional family, which was my case. So it is an amazing resource for me, but I believe it will be great for other childhood histories too.
