great series

the narrators did a great job going between all the different characters. they really brought then to life. great story. love how you never know what to expect.

This book gets off to an addicting, fascinating start and gives a perfect explanation for how misunderstood villains are born.

Johns has proven to have epic world-building skills, this is a dark, fascinating world I think I could enjoy getting lost in over and over again. Despite the dark nature of the world, I did laugh out loud many times and real feels came through at times.

There are also quote-worthy reads that prompt thought.

Overall, this is a fun read and I plan to continue on in the series and explore more from this author—I’m officially a fan.

Perfect. Pleasant voices, appropriate tones, talented actors, couldn’t ask for more here.


Crush

After reading book 1, I became an instant Johns fan and now need to read as much of hers as possible—she’s a great writer and world-builder.

Book 2 does spend a bit of time recapping some of the major events from book 1, but I recommend reading both as book 1 was an epic experience. There is a lot to love about this series:

I was excited to be able to binge the entire trilogy after enjoying books 1-2. Everything has escalated and the drama is already high the moment this one opens. It’s fast-paced, and full of wit, magic and so much more, such as:

Audio—
Overall good. There was a slight quality issue overall: the female parts alternating between sounding PERFECT, and sounding like she was sort of far away or in a tin can. I’m not sure what makes this happen. Most of it was well-produced though and ALL of it was well-performed, by great narrators which are easy on the ears.

Wonderful narration

Strong female lead and how she gains a harem. Very comical at points and loved the uniqueness of the characters. Story left much to be desired however and included bits that weren't necessary. Good ending. Narration was spot on! Good for a casual read.

Rebel Academy: The Complete Series

This was the complete Rebel Academy series. Wow I was hooked from the very beginning. I could not put this series down. This was my first Rosemary A Johns book , but won’t be my last. Fran Bonner and James Neeson did a great job narrating this series.

Don’t care for the story

I waisted a credit and only got through a few chapters before deciding it wasn’t worth listening to the end. I don’t recommend it

Rebel academy

I loved this series so much! It’s a great reverse harem with mm in it too. Also if you’ve read other books by this author you’ll hear about characters from previous series which was fun. I seriously love all the rebels in the story. And there are of course wicked characters you’ll love to despise. There is some serious heat in the story and a lot of emotions. I laughed a lot while listening to it and wanted to keep finding out what would happen next. we also get different PoVs of the characters which I loved. Get ready for some magic, spice, and some laughs along with action and ranger.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE

Listen I have never starred a book low but this is absolutely the worst book I've ever bought. What a wasted credit! The MMC are scripted to appear feminine like and weak... WTH.....

Great Series

I really enjoyed this series when I read it and definitely enjoyed listening to it. The narrators are fantastic at bringing the characters to life. I look forward to more from this author and narrators.
