Very informative. Great process
I just read it in made a list of habits I want to make my own through every day. And then every day through the day I check if I implemented all of them. It was just that easy because there is everything prepared for you in the book. Just make your list in do it.

It feels so wonderful to be smoke-free
I would attempt to quit smoking for years but when I would pick up some alcohol, I’d find myself asking someone for a cigarette and even though my friends knew I was trying to quit, they’d give me a cigarette anyway and back to smoking I would be once again but something extraordinary happened after I listen to this audiobook.

Every minute spent reading this book is well spent. There is a lot of wisdom there. If you internalise the meaning of mindfulness and become mindful yourself, you will be a happier person.
