So relaxing

Does it really work for psychic healing? I honestly don’t know. But it is so, so relaxing!! It helps me fall asleep so easily whenever I put it on. If I’ve been struggling to sleep, this almost always helps resolve that. So either way, I’m a fan!

Why I love this subliminal

Joel Thielke is a genius at hypnosis and at creating subliminal tracks. Ever since I started listening to several of his subliminal tracks, I have noticed a change in my behavior. I have used his hypnosis tracks for changing my behavior to create weight loss. I still needed a little help and decided to use his subliminal tracks such as this one. And now I am finally releasing The last few behaviors that have prevented me from fully embracing habits that will allow me to lose weight. Please be sure to listen to the opening track where he explains how the subliminals work. If I didn’t already love his hypnosis tracks and I didn’t listen to the opening track of the subliminals, I probably would dismiss the subliminal tracks as weird.
But as a new hypnotherapist myself, I can tell you that this man knows what he is doing and if you just keep listening to his subliminals combined with you making conscious decisions to create change in your life, shift will happen.

This gives you headache

This is not a good book. Far from hypnosis. It looks like that fast made AI book, which are polluting Amazon. Here we have it in Audible. And I couldn’t return it. Thanks Audible -being a member from 2014!
