I listen to track 2 daily an has heightened my intuition an abilities, decreased my stress level. Throw in a chakra clearing meditation first thing in the morning then listen to track 2. At least 17 days straight and it will catapult your spirituality.

it was nice to listen to. I feel asleep with it for three hours I will up feeling refreshed I don't remember anything else. it was my first time hearing it

No effort was put into this

chapters are not labeled, its just a mish-mosb of relaxing sounds. Where is the term 'akashkc' mentioned anywhere? zero stars and a hard return gimme my credit back and thank you.

Clueless what is the actual teaching in this book.

I can at the most surmise it as a collection of few relaxing tracks. I have heard it multiple times and no idea how it connects with the Akashic records.
