Back on my path!
I listen to track 2 daily an has heightened my intuition an abilities, decreased my stress level. Throw in a chakra clearing meditation first thing in the morning then listen to track 2. At least 17 days straight and it will catapult your spirituality.

Clueless what is the actual teaching in this book.
I can at the most surmise it as a collection of few relaxing tracks. I have heard it multiple times and no idea how it connects with the Akashic records.
