short... but I still liked it

this is an incredibly short work and I wouldn't spend a credit on it but it is priced rather cheap. I think this is worth the money value of what I spent. it got a chuckle out of me when I was feeling sad and that was less than I spent on my morning coffee. to me it's worth it, to others it might not be.

Only 3 minutes long!

Just a word of warning, before you purchase this, it is only 3 MINUTES LONG, not a complete book!

If a pdf of illustrations was included, this would be unbeatable

Hearing David Sedaris read his work is the only thing better than reading his work. I believe that this is his first children’s book. I had already read a physical copy before listening, and unfortunately this audio suffers greatly without the paired illustrations. It’s not his fault, but it is certainly a publishing error.
While it IS a complete story, it doesn’t feel like one without the pictures which (in this case) are beautifully married to the words.

Waste of money and potential devaluation of Mr sedaris’ works

I am thankful that I didn't spend a credit on this. I cannot find the illustrations if there's more than just the one on the front of the book it's not at all what I expected and I love David Sedaris.

Engaging little story

This is exactly what I imagined a children’s book written by David Sedaris would be - engaging, humorous, and a bit odd. Loved it.

How short it was

So not for audiobooks and I adore Sadaris. It’s just for reading for kids . Total disappointment. And not worth a whole credit

Stupid Short Waste

Bought on the strength of my love of the author”s past work. Don’t bother. This is a stupid short kid’s book that lasts one minute. I wasted a credit on this useless recording. Don’t you do that.

I like that you’re making a $1.32, I dislike having a fifteen word minimum to say so.

My hero

Any story written by David Sedaris is a treat, this no exception. Sedaris holds more creativity in one hand than entire cities of people. Brilliant!
