This audio book is fantastic! I love the yoga sequences. They were easy to follow, had relaxing music, and really made me feel so great during my pregnancy. Also, the positive affirmations were unexpectedly useful. I ended up having a really fabulous delivery & I attribute a lot of that to yoga and affirmations! MUST GET FOR PREGNANT MAMAS!

I recently discovered the benefits of yoga and applying this practice to pregnancy is key! This audio book not only steps you through helpful sequences, but it also puts you in the right frame of mind with affirmations. These affirmations are great to focus on as you progress through the sequences. Calm your pregnancy body and your pregnancy mind with one audio book!

This prenatal yoga practice was amazing! As a first time mom and being mostly new to yoga, this made it so easy to follow along. Can’t wait for more!!

In this audiobook, the author takes the listener through three different yoga sessions. It is structured in a way that one can listen to it several times and repeat the exercises. The instructions are easy to follow and I don’t think they are too hard to adapt to, either. One can easily squeeze in at least one prenatal yoga session each week. That makes life easier, right? A done-for-you exercise to follow. We all know that exercise is good for everyone, and I also think it is good for the mother and baby. I like the fact that the audiobook is simple to use and that it takes its listeners from pose to pose in such a way that is easy for everyone; even a beginner will follow along. I think the author did her research before putting this together. I will recommend it.
