New positive outlook!

I think it’s very common for women to sell themselves short. This self-talk audiobook is a great way to consciously make a positive impact on how we re-frame the way we think in our everyday lives. We need to realize how detrimental negative self-talk is and the ramifications involved. On the flip side, positive self-talk can have many lasting benefits. I now need to focus on that instead. I plan on listening to this audiobook regularly to make sure I keep a positive mindset. I’m excited to use the accompanying worksheets!

Very Motivating

Negative self talk can bring you down, I think many of us suffer from this at some point. This audiobook is full of many techniques to help anyone be more positive and motivated. I love the weekly tasks, they remind me of the reason why I am doing them and encourage me every week to keep trying.

Brilliant!

Positive Self Talk for Women is a brilliant reminder and reinforcement that your past and current reality do not define your future. This audiobook is great at boosting self-confidence and creating new positive habits. I love the tactical tips provided to nip negative self talk. I'll probably listen to this monthly to continuously reinforce positive thinking and self-talk habits. Highly recommend.

Really inspiring

It is important that we work on our mentality as women. I like examples of positive talks to boost confidence and self-esteem while still preventing negative self-talk. It explains how women can shift their mindsets and improve their abilities by maximizing what they already have. This is a book that I would recommend! This book includes 52 weekly affirmations to help you rewire your mind and cultivate more constructive self-talk. It's one of my favorite ones.

Eye-Opener!

I never noticed how much I doubted myself before this book. This really was an eye-opener, and am glad the author included 52 weekly tasks. This book truly helped me turn my negative feedback towards myself into constructive criticism. My mental health has only improved from this, and I'm more excited to learn new things now! Would definitely recommend this!

Great lesson for all women to hear

Self-esteem and confidence are two things many women struggle with. This is a great book to help women understand the importance of listening to their inner voice and know how to change their thinking. What we believe really is so important and this book gives so many good ideas to help women. I would highly recommend it for any woman$.
