I very much appreciate the ideas in this book. It is not very exhaustive as there are myriad of other things one can do to generate passive income, however, the author was able to give the basics and motivation needed by the people.

Passive income is a lot of things. If you own investment property and are getting a positive cash flow from a house,commercial property,or apartment,that is passive income. I am really very satisfied with my purchase.
