A handy guide for the self-starter

I don’t have a review for this book, so much as a plan. I am a fan of plans. I think and think about stuff until I have every major detail planned out in my mind. OK, it’s more like fantasize than plan since I don’t “plan” mishaps and road-blocks when I do this.

Passive income is the best income.

As excellent as this book was, I would have loved to have a summary section at the end of each chapter. However, given that the author has covered a LOT of content in this book, I definitely feel like I got my moneys worth.

A legitimate guide to passive income investing

Real Estate was my investment of choice, recommend by those much older than I. I just refused too quit and gave it my best. Today it's paid off beyond my imagination, the author was on cue it was far from a cake walk, today I would say 98 percent passive because of some decisions I do not outsource.
