Sequel Please!!

This book was bone chilling and full of suspense as any movie! From start to finish this book and the story was so incredible believable that I know there has got to be more to this story!! This is a must read with on the edge of the seat story line -- story telling at its best! Abby reads with such depth and insight into the characters and that, too, made the story so believable -- another win for Ma. Hill's fantastic writing talent! A+ storyline!

Perfect package

I had high hopes for this book based on the writer and narrator, but this vastly exceeded my expectations. The story reminded me of some of the horror novels by Dean Koontz, but it was laced with interesting characters and a good love story.

The sci fi lesbian romance you've been looking for

I would recommend this book to anyone sick of reading coming out novels and recipe romances. Keep in mind that the romance of this novel doesn't start until a little ways into the book, and unlike many other stories in this genre, it's not the only thing happening in the plot. This was a fun light read that I found fulfilling and had me sitting at the edge of my seat. And it doesn't hurt that Abby Craden's voice is incredibly sexy and that she is a wonderful narrator. Check out other things she's read as well but definitely check this one out first!

Intriguing

Couldn’t put it down. A great read that keeps you in the edge the entire time. The narration was also excellent.

Edge of my seat

It was a deeply layered story just like all of Gerri Hill’s books. It was suspendful with great character development.

Slow to Start, but Wanderlust Hook at End

I'm so hard to please... I whine when there's not enough character development, then whine when stories are slow to start. I wonder if my initial impressions will unfairly bias another future listener or reader... I wonder if, since I've never stuck my preverbal neck out like these fearless authors if I have a leg on which to stand...

In the end, once the character development had proceeded, we find our notoriously outside-the-box, cop-like ladies in uniform up against sci-fi villanry. (Just made that word up...) Chilling and unexpected.

Amazing story

Absolutely loved this book. I’ve become very fond of Gerri’s writing and the mystery she provides with wlw woven in. This book had me so on edge and surprised at every turn. Absolute must read/listen. Abbey is lovely as always.

Body Snatchers

While the town, except for Dana thought it was an earthquake, my 1st thought was an EMP. We were both wrong. Capt. Connelly needs to start living again, so the General who she is closed to assigns her to find a downed blackhawk and possibly a meteor. She, Dana and Butch fins so much move than they bargain fir. So much loss, but love is found too. I don't care for ending as it's a bit of a cliffhanger.

Must read

I don’t usually like sci-fi but it skirted on the edge of supernatural which I actually do love so I decided to give it a chance and it was totally worth it.

I chose this one cause I’ve been desperately looking for more books with lesbian MC’s to read, if you’re in a similar position I think you’ll really like this one!
