Add to that a feisty flower sprite and a hissfolk beauty who end up forming a curious truce based around me and, well, life in this strange city seems pretty interesting.

But it won't be all unicorns and flowers. Dr. Luna wants me to use my rare draconic powers for good... You know, like a superhero.

Can I handle my host, my Splice Partner, my new friends, and my secret day job? Whatever happens, I'll definitely be advocating for myself. Solar Dragons need love, too, you know.

Dumb Batman

Why did you make the MC feel so stupid. I really was liking the book but I feel like it was really hard to like him with the flaws is the way he interacts with the other characters. Like his background is an english teacher and I feel like that was just to give him job.

Fun insanity

A bit trope but a very fun read if you are able to suspend your version of reality and step into the story

this is an amazing value for a single credit

story story is pretty good and I love a lot of the scenes, great characters and it leaves off in a good place

Best series ever written

It’s got everything. Action, romance, comedy, emotional impact, spice. Also probably one of the best narrators in the business.

good value

I love a good omnibus, and this is one of them. If you like harem slice of life stories it's a solid series and I've paid a lot more to finish worse series.

To be clear, the story isn't groundbreaking in any kind of way, it's just kinda middle of the road, but you don't usually get this many middle of the road books for one credit.

I would advise the author in the future to package your omnibus collections 3 books at a time instead, that's plenty of value to get people interested without selling yourself short.

Really enjoyed the fact that Brock a half human half dragon was able to maintain a harem

Sometimes they're sexual encounters drug on a little bit but all in all it was entertaining

It’s one crazy ride from start to finish…

Strangely, I don’t really have a Best Girl out of this Harem. They all had strange and unique personalities that Brock was uniquely qualified to deal with. Though Mamba and Tahini would probably be my choices if you backed me into a corner.

The story was fun and made me laugh many times. I definitely need to go read Esoterica though to get a tiny bit of context on some of the characters mentioned and introduced.

Not bad

Great voice acting work! Love the distinct voices for each of the characters.

Some of the characters, like Blossom or Dr. Luna, are hilarious. Others are entertaining, but a bit shallow and stereotypical.

The harem sex almost seems like it is meant less to be sexy and more to be comedic - especially in the later books where it gets formalized and bureaucratic.

I think it's book 5, maybe 4, that has the last of what could be considered to be a high-stakes conflict, or any sense of overarching plot. Beyond that it's much more casual. In fact, in a tongue-in-cheek scene at the very end of this collection, a character speaks technically in character, but stretching the fourth wall to bursting, saying that the series will keep going as long as it can, but that further books will be very low stakes and slice of life.

A brilliant escape for my mind

Knightley has the sauce, and I trust him to deliver for all his writings. Poon's range is extraordinary and narration is rock solid, I'm totally satisfied with how all characters were played. This book was totally reliable for when I needed to wind down in bed or catch a nap, letting me turn my inner dialogue off. It was an interesting world, distinctive characters and well paced story. Huge fan of Author and Narrator now, really feel like I got to enjoy something special. Story was satisfying, but I'm so glad at time of review there are two more books beyond this. Smallest note of feedback: the sound mixing for girl 3 tended to be a little quiet and girl 2 a little loud, at least on my headphones. I feel like that improved in the later parts, and everything else was balanced great. thanks so much for making this.
