The complete series in a single offering!

She's the most beautiful woman he's ever met. She's also his archnemesis.

It would be an understatement to call Trevon Beaumont an accomplished monster slayer. He's traversed the European countryside upholding the legacy of his clan one completed mission at a time for the whole of his adult life. Now he's on his most perilous quest yet: slay the cruel but beautiful Countess Dracula.

Just as the two of them seem ready to conclude their final battle, however, an unexpected act of betrayal sends them hurtling together through time—bloodbonding them, thus entwining their fates. Reappearing in the twenty-first century, they must get jobs and find a place to stay while they decide how best to proceed now that they are unable to continue their battle to the death.

But when Dracula rapidly develops a romantic obsession for Trevon, things get complicated. Even worse, Trevon's forced proximity to the queen of all creatures of the night means that his own self-control is constantly tested. What will become of their budding relationship? Will it be hot?

The characters were written well, and they're interactions made the first two books and overall if those where the only two I could say, this was pretty perfect. However, the ending of book 3 undermines this in a big annoying way. Lester and the whole banishment to Hell was unneeded, unnecessary, and brings the stories end from almost perfect, to a smack in the readers face.

Almost perfect.

From the first time I came across the series, I was utterly enamored of the displaced protagonists and their struggles to live a (relatively) peaceful life among us normals. They’re oddly relatable in an utterly alien kind of way. A solid piece of (slightly smutty) fantasy romance. The second and third titles are equally charming, with the couples’ struggles are almost as different to the first pair’s as they are similar.

One of Knightley’s better, if sillier, series.

The story is funny at times. I believe it's a good story so far in book two. I'm not a huge fan of Mira's voice they chose is borderline shrieking. If you get past that it's funny and sweet romance story. The story hinges on alot of comedy which I find funny and UNO is a hilarious reference!

It's pretty good.

Whoever told you that changing main characters and genres between books was a good idea, was lying. The first book was good when it focused on the Castlevania and sex aspects. When it grew randomly violent, thinking it was funny, that's when this story staggers.

The vampire woman's overly violent jealousy gets very annoying very quickly. Then their lovey dovey relationship got overly passionate, then Death's climactic final battle was literally skipped over for a flash foward ending the first book. Once I found out the gas station clerk was the new protagonist, I was done. My interest was lost and all of the new world building was just not worth the time.
