Awesome!

This book was very informative with the explanations. it has helped me greatly! I understand the root causes of my anxiety in different social situations now and have begun to use the tools the author suggests regularly. Starting to see real results, which is encouraging.

Very helpful book.

This one is formulated much the same as every other self-help book out there, except it forces you into introspection and examining your own Relation. In the book, there are ideas on how to change negative thoughts into positive ones.

I really appreciate this book

The audiobook describes the symptomatically of anxiety, includes diagrams of the anxiety cycle, multiple worksheets, and examples of individuals in hypothetical scenarios, and how they are to manage the cognitive and behavioural aspects of the presentation of anxiety.
