A very useful book, not only for social anxiety sufferers but for anyone who has a close friend or family member who suffers from anxiety. Anxiety is not a new concept and people who are suffering from social anxiety often also suffer from depression, that is why it is essential to address this problem. The book shares a lot of tips and clinical techniques for resolving this problem. I think this is made and designed very well and am enjoying listening to it. I definitely recommend it to people struggling with social anxiety and social anxiety disorder. Completely worth the listen!
