This newer edition of the King James Bible published in 1769 is usually preferred by most that read it over the older 1611 version. This 1769 edition is highly sought after due to being more reader/listener friendly than the 1611 since many typos were fixed.... Captivating storytelling
I truly enjoyed following Sarah’s life as an early American settler. I found myself smiling along with her joys and crying along with her many sorrows. Gail Combs Oglesby’s storytelling flows beautifully and immerses you in Sarah’s journey. I eagerly await the sequel coming to audible, as the narration was wonderfully executed.

Capturing
I truly enjoyed listening to this book, so much thought was put into it, I feel once you start reading/ listening to it you will see how the story draws you in an feel as you are there. I feel this a must read and I look forward to her next book.
