Vale la pena leerlo.
Te muestra como sentir y como expresar esas emociones y sentimientos, poniéndole nombre a esas emociones que se manifiestan diariamente de una forma divertida con frases de canciones, de películas y hasta de novelas de televisión. Gracias a la autora por este divertido pero interesante libro.
