Like this one a lot
I enjoyed the mentality these affirmations brought about for me. Yes, it is so easy to reach for a piece of cake when stressed. When it becomes a habit, the pounds pile on and it becomes that much harder to get back into shape. Instead, I like how this audio creates thoughts that talk you out of bad eating habits.
