Amazing book

Everything is so relatable, this book makes you feel heard and not alone. As a women we have so much going on and it is good to hear how to navigate through unique issues that affect your mental health.

Whether you know the authors from their podcast(s) and other endeavors or not, this book is eye opening and relatable. It has me asking myself things and bringing new topics to therapy. I am very grateful to both women for putting their hearts and minds on paper and sharing it with the world!
