Let's be honest, most people don't want to ask the of questions about love, sex, and relationships. Or worse, you don't know WHO to ask. This book is a beast guide to love and relationships be they self, simple, or complex. And the author/narrator, Emily, does it in a way that is far more fun than a high school Sex Ed class. Even if some of the topics aren't for you, it can be really nice to finally understand the truth of what some words, phrases, and topics surrounding sex and partners actually mean
I've been a fan of her podcast for years and have always appreciated her quirky, playful, yet matter-of-fact way of taking the topics of sex head on. And she does so with such enthusiasm, She's the only person I could imagine narrating this book!!

I really enjoyed the book. (Audible) This is the type of thing we all need to hear at some point in our lives when we are open to it. I’m older now and want to explore my sexuality personally and with a willing partner.
This was a good tool for learning about some of the things my generation and the one I was raised by got wrong. I’m a conflict of emotions and upbringing that seem to collide with each other.
I’m glad that we are starting to embrace our bodies. I hope I can adapt and learn to let down my previous misconceptions.

Emily is a superb job with this book. She covers all the topics and doesn’t shy away from the details we are all looking for with ourselves and with partners.
It’s worth the read and will hopefully help open the conversation with yourself and partners to truly find some depth of desire and even offer healing for past experiences while potentially opening to new ideas.

I like the book and had looked forward to it. But the phrase “vulva owners” was ok the first couple times. After that it got so repetitive and I wanted to shout, “just say Woman!”

Emily is amazing. She shares the biology, psychology and spirituality of sex in a fully inclusive and easy to understand way. This is a must read and plan on sharing with my daughter when appropriate to help me in properly teaching her about sex.
