When I was very young, I’ve always wanted to be a great lover. I daydreamed of it all as a teen. As I got older the ways I had thought had shifted. Then there were moments I felt lost. This book made me remember how to be young and in love. To think more outside of the box. This was a stepping stone of being that lover I dreamed of being.

I would have loved to have heard the author or someone a lot more grounded and matter of fact read this. This often sounds awkward and creepy the way this woman reads the information.

A beautiful and brilliant piece. I love how Diana Richardson is telling us to get to the heart and soul of sex. Understanding that SEX is not a race but a journey and discovery.

This book is well written and communicated some good points about opening up, slowing down and being present to sensation, all important aspects of Tantric sexual practice, but disregards the man's details completely; pacing, moving energy up the spine, ejaculatory control techniques and benefits, and honestly even for the woman it doesn't share much about how to pleasure a man etc. So not a complete manual at all.
I've read a lot of books on the subject and I still found some of the info here uniquely expressed and valuable for a woman, and a man, and worthwhile to read for either. Just don't make this your first or only book on Tantra. Mantak Chia's books are good for the missing info here.
