Just when I needed help I found this book

The morning after I broke up with my former narcissist I bought this book, and this book was eye-opening and enlightening. With tears in my eyes, I listen to the last word. But it also gave me the courage and affirmed my decision to fall for the same thing again. I hope to heal my wounds. I will follow each instruction. I recommend it to everyone.

Thorough Analysis

There is a lot of valuable content, though I was thought it would be in a workbook fashion. Overall, insightful, informative and recommended on this topic of gaslighting.

Read This.

If you have any sort of relationship, if you are a sibling, a child, a spouse.. anyone, you should read this book. I am very interested in listening to family and marriage books because I love my family! This book points out a serious problem most people have. I would say “glass lighting” is also one of the serious problems that’s cause marriage and relationships to go downhill. Read this, it’ll benefit your life!

Well done!

I highly recommend listening to it for not allowing yourself to be a victim and recognizing this behaviour in its early stages. It easily categorizes it, its stages and characteristics of each, and does summarize in bullet points for better understanding of the situation. It also advises on how to respond to it. Didn't think I would learn so much from this book.

Eye-opening

The author does a great job of laying the signs of gaslighting and characteristics of narcissism. I have read a lot of information on the topic but this guide puts it all in one place. I find this to be a great tool as a resource for myself as well as a tool that I can use with clients. Many times we see the behaviors but are not to put a name to them or what to do when we see them. The author helps to shine a light on this issue.

A strong book that can help many people

This is a very strong, well-written book about toxic relationships and gaslighting. Since so many people are caught in bad relationships it could be useful to so many individuals. Recognizing it is the beginning of the process and this book helps the reader identify gaslighters and the difficulties the behaviour causes.
