Too Fast

Is there anything you would change about this book?

The delivery was too fast to consider the material - I ended up zoning out very quickly.

What did you like about the performance? What did you dislike?

It was almost as if the reader was trying to read it as quickly and perfectly as possible. There was very little feeling or pauses for intonation.

Any additional comments?

The content was okay - I'm sure it will help some but the delivery made it hard to stick with it.

Anxiety is a sign of intelligence

As this book mentions, anxiety is not something that anyone should be ashamed of, in fact it is a sign of intelligence because it means that you are processing information about your environment in a way that allows you to imagine future scenarios. Use this processing power to bring about positive change, rather than dwelling in negativity!

Accessing Solutions is Great!

My favorite method described in this book is called accessing solutions. Basically, if you find yourself in a negative state of mind, you can access a state of mind where you remember past accomplishments and times when you were happy and successful.
