Keep it coming

Once again, not disappointed. I'm left just wanting more guns, more drones and more treasure :-)

Fast-paced adventure with great narration!

Where does The Prisoner's Gold rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

I would rank this audiobook very high among my favourites for its great story and easy to follow narration

Who was your favorite character and why?

Sarah because she is a fearless woman who gets things done while still retaining some innocence.

What about Dudley Hinton’s performance did you like?

One of my favourite things about the audiobook was the narrator Dudley Hinton, he has a great voice which is easy to follow.

Did you have an emotional reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

I laughed quite often at McNutt's terrible jokes!

Any additional comments?

Would recommend this audiobook and the whole series of the hunters to all who enjoy a fast-paced historical adventure!

What did you like most about The Prisoner's Gold?

Full of twists and turns very fast paced.

What was one of the most memorable moments of The Prisoner's Gold?

There is a moment at the end that surprised me, a real twist to the story, I won't give it away though.

What does Dudley Hinton bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you had only read the book?

Dudley Hinton brings the characters to life, the different voices he uses for each character enabled me to visualise them better.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes, I didn't want to stop listening , I can't wait for the next instalment in the series.

Great book, as good as the previous ones!

A great story line, it kept you engaged throughout and leaves you wanting more at the end. It's a shame it had to finish!

Had potential Hobbs better

I brought these on Audible and neatly stopped listening after the second chapter in the first book as the narrator was so boring he was killing the story. But I couldn't let it fit there and not listen to it. In the end I enjoyed the trilogy s lot. A different narrator would improve things.
That plot twist in the second book was totally unexpected and found myself starring st my phone in horror. Good touch.
