Jane and Jack are off for a visit to Nannie Muriel's thatched cottage in the woods, where an unexpected adventure awaits! While their visit starts off like any other visit, soon things change. The children disobey Nannie and head off into the dark woods!
Soon, the children are lost. A robin redbreast has been watching and following the children as they wander further and further into the woods. Will they find their way home? Will Nannie find them?
In this sweet story, the children learn that sticking together and following rules is best, and sometimes, a friend can take on a most magical form.
