Patience and Consistency

I have a lot of experience with exercise and staying fit, but staying motivated is always a big challenge. I love how this book stressed the importance of patience and consistency. As I get older, I'm notorious for being hard on myself when my momentum isn't building fast enough when trying to achieve my fitness goals. This book was a great reminder that a little patience goes a long way when maintaining a good fitness routine.

Exactly what I needed!

This ya a great book! Exactly what I was looking for. So well laid out and easy to follow. I love that I have the workouts right at my fingertips and don’t have to look anything up on my phone. I get distracted on my phone and before I know it I waisted a lot of time. This book is perfect for just opening up and following the workout and then you’re done. A big thank you to the author!

Great Book - would recommend

I love working out.. and I have found I love working out to this book. Its ideal for any one he needs motivating to get in the gym or to do some exercise. That is what is so great about Audible.. you can put your earphone on and listen to books like this to keep you going. Recommended!

Good book

It explains a lot about how people think when it comes to working out and how motivation is important. Narrator has a 'textbook' tone which may not appeal to some but the information is still delivered.

Super motivational!!

This was such an impactful audiobook for me!

I had set a new year’s resolution to finally start a routine exercise schedule, but nothing has happened in the first four months, but this audiobook really made me inspired and motivated enough to finally stick to a regimen and start exercising.

Great motivational book if you’re trying to finally get into a healthy lifestyle!

Highly recommended

I am so enthusiastic about this book because being my trainer is one of my significant challenges because I am constantly relying upon other people to get started doing exercise. This book has shown me that building up a routine is one of the essential keys in our life. So, now I have a workout routine; therefore, I haven't delayed my exercises anymore. Very informative!

I like the tips of all regular activities that we do that can be considered or turn it to exercise and very motivate it. I would recommended for anyone who don’t have time to go to gym should get this book because there are ways to exercise without going to the gym.
