Funny, light hearted sci-fi romp

This is a great read! It's funny, light hearted and engaging. The characters are interesting and relatable. There are very clever sci fi concepts, funny pop culture references and lots of action. The reader is great, she has good pacing and interesting character voices. Highly recommended.

Clever comedic sci fi

if you like Douglas Adams or Larry Correia's comedic stories, you'll like this one. The Miss Universe pageant landing us an intergalactic cease and desist is, *chef's kiss* 👨‍🍳

What a great book!

I rarely review anything but I need to take some time to talk about this book. A friend recommended this and though I'm not a sci-fi fan I decided to give it a try. I am so glad that I did! From the opening paragraph I was completely drawn into this wonderful story. Jones brings it all. Well drawn characters speaking spot on dialog. Never saw it coming plot twists and laugh out loud funny moments. Extraterrestrial worlds so well envisioned and described you'll think you're there. I won't tell you to listen this book. I'll just tell you to listen to the first paragraph and good luck putting it down after that. Thank you Mr. Jones for a delightful treat!
