Worth every word

Critical information for every parent.
The opinions of this author need to be read by parents of young athletes.
Chapters include:
- focusing on one sport too early
- physical/muscular imbalance
- parental guidance
- preparation
- recovery
- mental health
- diet
- physical posture
- proper athletic shoes
Etc.
A few of Dr. John’s opinions don’t fit my son’s situation.
However, this book ranks among my top 5 regarding raising my child and athletics.
Strongly recommend.

Great Information

The book has great information but desperately needs a pdf. I thought it was informative but I had to actually purchase a physical copy to see what TJ was referring to for most of the movements he references. Without a PDF, just not worth it.
