Publisher's Summary

Do you want to change your life? Do you want a simple, happy, budget-friendly life?

Then read below:

Minimalists are people who consciously and intentionally try to live with only what they really need. The mantra would be: "Identify the essential, and eliminate all else." Minimalists are against uncontrolled consumption. It seems that when you have more things that you can use and want more than you can afford, you enter into a vicious cycle in which your things do not work for you, but you work for them in order to impress other persons and raise your status in life. Maybe it's a lifestyle that fills you with stress and dissatisfaction.

So get ready, prepare yourself to be a new person, and make peace of mind a new companion on the adventure you have on this trip named life. This book is going to lead you through the minimalist way to be happy in real terms.

Here's what's included in this book:

  • What is minimalist living
  • The benefits of minimalism
  • Social and emotional minimalism
  • Financial minimalism
  • Decluttering for joy

Good luck as you put one step forward on this trek to strive for that deep understanding of true, simplified happiness!

Outstanding Audio Book

The moderate living is a remarkable idea that many are currently living with. As indicated by the book, moderate living is a shortsighted type of life where you live with the absolute minimum throughout everyday life. The thought is that messiness and unneeded things encompassing you mess your selves and dividers as well as your psyche and prosperity also. The book recording gives bunches of data about what moderate living is and its advantages to you, educates you concerning social, money related and enthusiastic moderation is, and gives data with respect to how you can clean up to convey euphoria to your life. It was anything but difficult to tune in to and furnished me with a great deal of data.

Loved It!

This was such a great book! I was looking for a little insight into minimalism to help me simplify my home. Little did I know that minimalism is so much more than having few physical materials. There are multiple ways that minimalism can help simplify and make your daily lives more positive! I definitely recommend this book!

This book really explains minimalism well!

I just finished listening to this book and I feel like I have a better understanding of what minimalism is and how to go about it. I can't say I agree with the part about a memory out lasting a pair of heels 😉 but I think there are a lot of good tips and suggestions in this audiobook. I love how the book suggests starting with one item a day for the different activities and working up from there. I think this is doable for everyone and much easier to grasp then to do your whole life today. I like that the book didn't say you have to have nothing to have a minamialist lifestyle; but to focus more on what matters to you. Overall I would suggest this book to anyone interested in minamalism or wanting to know what it is about.

Amazing Read

I enjoy the approach the author takes to this subject, which has become a popular phenomenon as of late. Rather than being a strict, cookbook-like guide to doing specific tasks "the right way", the book takes a very personal, psychological, even spiritual look at how the reader can benefit from, think about, and ultimately begin the process of minimizing their worldly possessions. Got this book as I am trying to reduce the clutter in my life. Although I have googled articles on how best to declutter, this book definitely helped with more ideas in how to declutter but best of all was the questioner to ask when decluttering. I also liked the fact that the author did not just concentrate on reducing material things only but talked about other areas of clutter eg time. Simple and easy to read and act on. I count this book among my favorites in the category, along with Kondo's The Life-changing Magic of Tidying Up, and Sasaki's Goodbye, Things: The New Japanese Minimalism. I recommend one continue their reading after this book, as each author has a different approach, and minimalism is hardly one size fits all.

I'm very fortunate to get this audio book for free. It explains what is minimalism and the human behavior to want more. It also explains the benefits of decluttering and how you can apply it. I love it.

This Book Has Great Tips

This book has a lot of great tips and is inspiring. It seems like it might be easier to read than to listen to. Like a lot of non-fiction books, they're hard to narrate and keep the listeners attention.
