Perfect for Beginners!

The describes of each recipe flows well and has a list of ingredients that stands out and doesn’t blend in with the rest of the instructions. The good book "Mediterranean Diet for Beginners"! I like that each recipe is broken down into preparation time, cooking time and release time.

Great Mediterranean Diet Book !!!

There is a great deal of good data about the Mediterranean eating regiment and the audiobook tells the differing fixings utilized by those living in Mediterranean nations to order simple and delicious plans that will generally fulfil the guidelines of the Mediterranean Diet Pyramid. The plans are very much adjusted in flavour and the book is overall awesome.

Very informative on the Mediterranean diet!

I liked the information which is included in 3 hrs and 12 mins length book with explaining about the diet. I would have liked to listen to a sample eating plan to get started this great diet!

An eye-opener audio guide..!

The Mediterranean diet is for a healthy life. Hadn't been on it a month before I could reduce my blood pressure medication. Losing weight much slower than I would like but I am pleased with feeling better and healthier. Go try it at least once!

Incredible listen to for sure!

A great audio guide for Mediterranean Diet. I got numerous delightful formulas in this book. It contains very valued information. The Mediterranean eating routine tells me on a decent admission of products of the soil, relatively higher measure of fish than poultry and meat, lentils and beans, the most advantageous olive oil, and entire grains.

Amazing diet book!!

These sustenance classifications put by the Mediterranean eating regiment and the accompanying bits will clarify it in a superior manner. Lovely recipes! Exactly what I was looking for!
