Publisher's Summary

Eric Warden knows that half-Shifter wildcat Iona is passing for human, living without a Collar in the human world. He also knows that if she does not acknowledge her Shifter nature and her mating hunger, it could kill her.

Iona finds the mysterious and dangerous Eric, a wildcat and leader of his Shiftertown, haunting her dreams, but she vows never to take the Collar, fearing backlash against her mother and sister for hiding the fact that she's Shifter. But Eric is a compelling Shifter male, and Iona's hunger calls to him.

Critic Reviews

"[Ashley's] characters are intense and full of passion, and there's plenty of action in this fourth book in the Shifters Unbound series. This is one of those great series that you can follow from the beginning, or pick up anytime for a satisfying [listen]." ( Romantic Times)

GRRRREAT PARANORMAL WERECAT PURRRRFECTION

Well, if you've listened to the rest of the series then you know what you're gonna get - were-shifter towns, their inhabitants, their problems and fit bodied males (check out the cover girls - well if we have to dream let's dream big!!).

Right from Chapter 1 this draws you in as Eric (alpha were-snowleopard in his 'cat' form) stalks Iona (were-panther in her 'cat' form) through rugged terrain, finally catching and pouncing on her. She is an unclaimed and unmated female who's releasing some strong 'come and get me boys' pheromones and he's picked up her delicious scent and is only too happy to oblige..... but she is fighting her feline frenzy questioning who and what she is. There's a lot of sexual and physical attraction so Eric has to wait to claim her - but can he do it before other wereshifters pick up her enticing scent.

Interesting likeable characters along with some not so nice wolf shifters who become involved in a great storyline that has many subplots - namely; turf war, Alpha dominance, kidnapping (or should I say cubnapping), genetic engineering and, of course, the sexy, lustful romance between Eric and Iona.

Worth a credit? This was a very enjoyable and entertaining paranormal listen so that would make it a undeniable YES to the book and, if you haven't already listened to the others in the series (and you like the genre), then it's a YES x 4 to the whole series. So, do yourselves a favour and download them all - however, this could have been a stand-alone listen but hey life's short why deprive yourselves - download them all then give the tv remote to your husband, order in, get a babysitter (if needed), turn your phone off then my friends..... just sit back and ENJOY.

This is what I am Talking ABOUT!!!!!

I love the MATE THING!!!! YESSSS!!! WOW WOW!!! Ok... I loved this book. Fave in series right after book 1...

I don't know if is b/c Eric and Liam are alphas but thier books are the best ones in the series!!!

Eric is the leader of his shifter town and he is the brother to Cassie... book 3... who meets Iona... a half-shifter living in the human world (not in a shifter town) without a collar. And guess what ... Iona is an Alpha too... Man! If this book wasn't sooo dang hot to trot! Iona is in a mating frenzy with Eric and poor girl don't even know what is going on, b/c she was raised human and not shifter. I just loved it. The plot and story of this book was great too.. Lots of action, drama, kidnapping and fighing... and smex and shifting.. I just loved it. Way to go Ashely. Good recovery from throwing me a loop from book 3, but it all came full circle... Plus Liam and Sean came back... YEAH!!!! Even KIM!!! Totally love it...

Narration was superb!

Great buy for followers of the series. Good credit too.

Good story

Found story line interesting; the narrator did a great job. Several books can spin off from this book. Hopefully there will be a book to follow up on the Siberian tiger, and Eric’s son. Now on to the next book!

Another amazing addition to the Shifters Unbound s

I love this story. This is the... I have no idea how many times I've read it, but it's a lot. Eric become one of my favorite shifters when he was first introduced in book 2. He was there for info but, when the poo hit the fan, he was right there to lend a hand. He jumped in feet... I mean paws first and tore into some fae and bad shifters. When he first met Iona in Cassidy and Diego's book, I knew then that something great was gonna come of that chance meeting. I think the two make a great pair and look forward to hearing more about them in the next story. Also, the introduction of Tiger was a fantastic moment. Can't wait to see where his story leads.

Now that I've written about the story I'll talk about the narration. The narrator did a really great job this go around. I originally read all of the Shifter Unbound stories as ebooks, but now I'm going through the audiobooks and I'm loving them. It's the same story but with a new level of life breathed into them. Loving the journey and can't wait for more.

Well done to the author and the narrator.

Okay Listen!

This was a little to long & boring at first. The waffling of Iona was tiresome. About half way through it got good. Eric & Iona made a good alpha couple.
